Registration
Enrollment will open for the 2025-26 school year on January 6, 2025, for Preschool 1 - 6th grade. If you are a returning family, please sign into your account with Digital Academy and complete the enrollment forms there (including enrolling a new student from your family). You will be asked to pay a registration fee of $25.00 per child ($50.00 per child after February 20). This registration fee is nonrefundable, but will hold your child's enrollment spot for the coming year. You will be able to pay this fee electronically or by sending a check or bringing cash into the school. To apply for financial assistance from Immaculate Conception Parish (K-6 students only):
1. Families may log into their FACTS account or use the link below to set up an account. The same grant & aid application will apply for aid from the diocese (Catholic Education Foundation) and for aid from IC School.
2. You can provide the information needed for FACTS to assess your financial need. A worksheet with the information you will need is available here to assist you.
3. The fee for financial aid application is $35.00 and you will need to pay it at the completion of your application. You will also need to upload appropriate documentation including tax forms (for 2023) and W-2s for 2024. If you have a business, farm, or other special circumstances, you may be asked to upload additional information such as tax schedules.
4. The deadline to apply for diocesan assistance is February 25. It is important that families apply for assistance as early as possible, as applications must be verified by February 25. The deadline for returning families to apply for financial aid from the parish will be March 30 in order to assure adequate time to verifiy and calculate financial aid.
5. Welcome Scholarships are also available to Students in grades Preschool through 8th grade who are the first in their family to attend a Catholic School. Please apply at https://catholicbestchoice.org/affordability/
6. Families are also encouraged to apply for or renew Ed Choice (or Jon Peterson) scholarships through ODE. As soon as forms are available, they will be supplied to renewal families and will also be available on the website under Current Students - forms.
