Enrolling Your Child at IC School

The registration window for 2025-26 will open on January 6, 2025! Interested parents are welcome to call and schedule a tour/meet the principal any time.   419-586-2379

Enrollment will open for the 2025-26 school year on January 6, 2025, for Preschool 1 - 6th grade. If you are a returning family, please sign into your account with Digital Academy and complete the enrollment forms there (including enrolling a new student from your family). If you are a new family to IC, please use the link below to complete the enrollment forms for your child(ren).  You will be asked to pay a registration fee of $25.00 per child ($50. after February 20).  This registration fee is nonrefundable, but will hold your child's enrollment spot for the coming year.  You will be able to pay this fee electronically or by sending a check or bringing cash into the school.
Tuition Assistance from the Archdiocese is available for students in grades Preschool through 6 from the Catholic Education Foundation. The deadline to apply for Archdiocesan tuition assistance is February 25 (application must be in verified status by February 25).  Families with students in grades K-6 may also apply for financial aid through IC School by completing the same FACTS grant & aid application.  
Immaculate Conception School is also a provider of the Ed Choice, Ed Choice Expansion, and Jon Peterson Scholarships through the Ohio Department of Education.  These scholarships provide up to $6,166 to families below 450% of the federal poverty level and reduced amount to families above the 450% poverty level, ranging from $650 - $5200. All families are encouraged to apply for or renew these scholarships.  The window will be open from February 1 - June 30, 2024, and forms will be available uppon request from IC School or will be found on our website under current students - forms as soon as they are available.  Income verification with ODE is required for new applicants and those wishing to have "low income status" (200% federal poverty level or below).
